Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing.
CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Yes. It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you do not need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use. Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal. By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
If you are based in Europe you should expect to receive your orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. Orders placed outside of Europe will take approximately up to two to four weeks maximum due to customs. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?
All your orders are sent with via PostNL and regular mailbox post.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be emailed the tracking number shortly after your order ships. To track your package, follow the tracking link in your email or input your tracking number into the PostNL website, which you can find here. Smaller prints will be shipped through regular mail without a tracking code.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We ship in made-to-measure, secure art packaging.
- Framed prints are covered securely and placed in adjustable corrugated inserts that lock the frame in position.
- Small prints, postcards and pins are carefully shipped within bubble-padded envelopes.
- Large prints + posters are shipped in cardboard tubes for added protection and ease of removal.
If you are not available to receive the delivery, a message will be left for you so that you can contact the carrier to arrange a suitable date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Whilst we will do everything possible at our end to ensure your purchase reaches you as intended, please note that we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit or items that get lost in the post. All products are custom, made-to-order items and are not eligible for return or exchange. Any sample that falls under the ‘damaged delivery’ category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your order to email@example.com.
