HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
If you are based in Europe you should expect to receive your orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. Orders placed outside of Europe will take approximately up to three (3) or five (5) weeks. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Due to the increasing customs and postage fees, we've decided to ship with regular mail instead of parcel post. This prevents you from having to pay extra shipping and customs costs or deal with unnecessary package delays. However, it doesn't include a tracking code. If you want your order to be shipped with a tracking link, please make sure to send an email to contact[at]nonalimmen.com with your order number.

We ship in made-to-measure, secure art packaging. All prints are carefully shipped within thick cardboard bubble-padded envelopes.
